I am taking this opportunity to write and thank you and your Company for the way you have treated me over the passed few months.

When I was at my wits end; trying to met my financial commitments due to a big drop in my wages by the Company I am at present employed with. Due to the drop in sales we have had a huge drop in our wages and at my time in life I would find it hard to get another job.
I heard an advertisement on London Radio for Fast Track Homebuyers and was so impressed with the honesty of the add that I contacted the named person. That person turned out to be you Paul. From my first contact with you; you made it clear what and how your Company could help me and still allow me to live at my home without the upset of moving. You also helped by listening to me to reach a rent that I could afford.

In all the change you kept me in full awareness of what was happening and to my surprise even were able to pass on some extra money to me to help me for the immediate future.

I cannot thank you enough for the way you and your Company have treated me and helped me get over a very difficult time in my late years. I would readily pass on to any other person or family that finds themselves in any financial difficulty like I was to contact your Company; knowing they would be treated with respect and compassion knowing the trend of rising cost that are with us today.

Re: Freehold Sale and Rent Back Scheme from Fast Track Homebuyers

My husband and I entered into this scheme last year when circumstances were making it impossible for us to keep up very large mortgage repayments on our property.

We have lived in this house since 1983 and, as such, have accumulated a great deal in the way of possessions. It would therefore have taken up a great deal of time and effort to start thinking about moving house. Also, we are self employed and our business is based at home. Moving would have created quite a few problems in this regard and we also felt that our time would be better spent concentrating on building up our business to give us a future.

As we were confident that, given time, we would be able to build ourselves back up to a good income we were particularly keen on the buy-back option that was included in the scheme. We could see that, with hard work and commitment, this would give us the opportunity to repossess the house at a later date.

We have had no problems in our dealings with Fast Track. Paul was extremely helpful all during the negotiations and, despite a few hiccoughs which he helped us to sort out, we were able to clear our mortgage in full once the deal was completed.

Since completion we have not had much need to contact them. However, a recent problem highlighted during a regular gas inspection has been dealt with efficiently on their part.

I had struggled as a single parent for many years, working 50 hours a week but never being able to make ends meet. My mortgage lender had been very unsympathetic and I was literally at the end of my tether. I thought about selling the conventional way but I was anxious not to upset my daughters education and I also have four cats who are part of the family and I was well aware that I wouldn't be able to take them into rented accommodation.
